During his tenure at Angels Senior Living, he was a principal architect of the organizational and operational infrastructure that enabled scalable growth, margin expansion, and long-term asset stability across multiple communities.
Under Alcides’ leadership, numerous communities consistently achieved and sustained 100% occupancy through disciplined execution of sales strategy, referral network development, pricing optimization, and operational alignment. By integrating clinical quality, resident satisfaction, and sales performance, he created durable demand while minimizing turnover—directly driving NOI and EBITDA growth.
